Mr. Russell has 7 years of teaching experience in Canada, Vietnam, Thailand, and China. He has taught ESL, math, social studies, and science across various age groups. Mr. Russell has learned that fostering meaningful relationships with his students is critical for creating a safe and comfortable learning environment. This approach helps students step outside their comfort zones and approach new challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.

Teaching Philosophy

An educators role is to start a spark of iterest in learners by teaching in a way that is fun, engaging, and inclusive for all different ability levels and iterests, and then prepare them with the skills required to feed the flame.
